Manager Global Compliance & Sanctions (f/m/d)

- You develop STADA's Compliance Management System with a focus on sanctions and export control aspects which may include also a support to elaborate or implement any software solution. You are also working on Third-Party Due Diligence (TPDD) topics
- You identify, assess and manage such risks, in particular with respect to trade export and sanction restrictions of the EU, US and UK
- You assist in creating, implementing, communicating, and updating global guidelines and processes, while monitoring regulatory changes
- You develop and support the TPDD screening process and conduct, where requested, TPDD reviews of Third Parties
- You manage projects for STADA's compliance initiatives
- You develop training programs and conduct trainings
- You collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote compliance initiatives, support investigations into compliance violations, and assist the Compliance department in all compliance matters.
- You have a state Exam(s) in Law or a Master's degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration or a related field
- Additional certifications in the area of sanctions are a plus
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience in a Legal & Compliance role, preferably with a focus on sanctions or export control
- You have experience in dealing with sanctions and export Compliance and in-depth understanding of Compliance requirements and regulatory frameworks
- You bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English. Knowledge of other languages, especially German, is a plus
- You are able to work effectively in a global team and build cross-functional relationships
- You follow high integrity and ethical standards
- You are able to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks at the same time
