Your Responsibilities
- Ensure as member of the regional product security team the regulatory compliant development and lifecycle management of medical and non-medical products with software, particularly regarding cybersecurity and data protection
- Analyze regulatory requirements, relevant standards and global corporate guidelines for the development and use of software in medical devices, particularly for the area of product cybersecurity, and implement them in regional processes and work instructions
- Ensure the integration of software and product cybersecurity processes in the overall regional process landscape in close cooperation with other departments
- Manage processes, train and support Olympus employees in their application and raise general awareness for software and product cybersecurity topics and their regulatory relevance
- Support other departments with regulatory issues in terms of software and product cybersecurity, particularly with the registration of medical devices with regulatory authorities
Your Qualifications
- University degree in Computer Science, Data Processing, Law, Medical Technology or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in working with software norms and standards, ideally in the field of medical technology
- Experience with cybersecurity and data protection or with process management desirable
