The Position
In your new position as Senior Manager Quality GI Compliance & Excellence, you will be part of our global AH Quality team and responsible for Learning Management and Document Management for different stakeholders in our AH network. You are interested in working with global teams and tackling issues as Quality expert and coming up with solutions in the day-to-day business? You are experienced at dealing with varieties of needs from different stakeholders, having an eye for priorities and constraints? You are eager to drive value and make a difference with your work? The position is temporary for an initial period of one year.
Tasks & responsibilities
- As Senior Manager Quality GI Compliance & Excellence you act as LOS (Learning One Source) administrator and training expert. Therefore, you will be responsible for learning management and lead related projects on global AH Quality level and in interaction with local AH sites across the globe.
- You will be part of the AH Global Quality team for global documentation management and support the successful implementation of the cloud-based document management system Veeva Vault Quality and provide operational support in AH.
- Additionally, you will actively drive BI AH digitalization transformation as Quality representative and support deployment of novel IT tools (e.g. implementation of power apps and automatization tools, paperless initiatives).
- Providing quality systems compliance guidance and sharing best practices within our global AH teams is also your responsibility besides improving quality processes while balancing compliance and risk factors.
- To ensure compliant and globally harmonized processes in accordance with health authority requirements, BI regulations, AH business strategies and priorities, you will manage the implementation of global BI regulations, best practices, and procedures/work instructions/guidelines within AH Quality.
Requirements
- Master Degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutics, Veterinary or equivalent
- Several years of experience in a pharmaceutical quality management environment
- Familiar with e-learning platforms and practices
- Broad knowledge of regulatory GXP requirements (e.g. GLP, GCP, GMP) for R&D and/or commercial medicinal products
- Ability to work in matrix environment, strong team player, capability to network across the company as pragmatic and reliable quality partner
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
