Compliance is the Right Way! Everywhere, for everyone – this motto drives us at the Corporate Compliance Department at Exyte’s headquarters in Stuttgart.
As our new Compliance Manager you become part of Exyte’s global Compliance Team and report directly into the Vice President Corporate Compliance. In this role you will help to manage, develop and enhance Exyte’s global Compliance Management System.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities
- You manage, develop and enhance Exyte’s Compliance Management System and its related controls, including Exyte’s anti-corruption program as well as in the area of fraud, competition rules, conflicts of interest and human rights
- You advise our internal clients on all Compliance related matters, such as gifts and invitations, sponsorship and donations, how to resolve conflicts of interests, diversity and human rights
- You monitor the development of international developments in the area of Compliance on an ongoing basis
- You manage projects to refine Compliance controls and processes; in this capacity you manage both, the implementation of new processes and the enhancement of existing processes
- You develop and conduct internal trainings and workshops with our internal clients and draft directives and policies
- You manage Exyte’s whistleblowing system and run internal investigation on Compliance breaches, both independently and with the support of external counsel and you liase with authorities in the event of Compliance breaches
- You support and supervise external and internal audits in the area of Compliance and liase with external legal counsel
Show your expertise
- You have a degree in Law, Economics or Business Administration (or similar)
- 3+ years of related operational experience in the area of Compliance in a multinational environment
- Highly structured, systematic and organized
- Flawless business communication
- Advanced organizational and time management skills
- Quick-witted person eager to learn, with an eye for details
- You take ownership and drive initiatives independently
- You bring strong communications skills and have an ability to communicate complex issues effectively to diverse stakeholders
- You enjoy working in a multinational and multi-cultural environment
- You have an excellent command of English and ideally German, too
