The EQS Rulebook Platform provides cutting-edge compliance dialogue and communication technology to the industry leaders in Germany like Audi, BMW, Covestro, E.ON and REWE Group.

Now we are striving to establish the EQS Rulebook Platform in other European markets and deliver in addition integrated policy management lifecycle management capabilities to existing and new clients.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will work with an international team of skilled software engineers to realize our product vision
• You will capture the needs of end users, sales and business leadership and manifest them into a clearly defined product roadmap
• You will work closely with our content excellence and key account team to optimize the client maintenance and onboarding tooling to scale capacity
• You will take ownership of the product backlog, ensuring that all of the stories are clearly defined, estimated and properly prioritized according to our product roadmap and short-term goals
• You will serve as the first point of contact for your product internally

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• Several years of experience working as a Product Manager or Product Owner in agile software development teams, as well as an agile mindset 
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working with people from diverse backgrounds across various locations
• Ability to collaborate with anyone, from board members to a software development intern, is easy and natural for you
• Mindset: Analyst at heart and joy in finding simple solutions to complex problems
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and oral
