What you will be doing
- Lead all global transfer price related activities and monitor that group and unit policies are applied
- Ensuring completeness, integrity and quality of company’s internal controlling tools and coordinate the internal control related activities and the internal audit activities for the business unit Automotive Catalysts including internal audit follow up
- Coordinate global treasury, trade finance and hedging related activities of the business unit in close cooperation with our headquarters in Brussels
- Coordinate global risk assessment
- Contribution to in-depth analysis for ad hoc projects and tasks with strategic horizon in terms of time and significance
- Project lead for the development and implementation of non financial KPIs in our business intelligence system as well as taking over the regular reporting
- Process documentation as well as the further development of our internal systems and standards
Who we are looking for
- Successfully completed masters degree in economics / business sciences or similar, ideally with a major in controlling
- More than three years of proven experience in a finance / controlling / treasury department of a multinational company
- Expert knowledge in relevant legal and tax requirements – with a focus on transfer pricing, VAT, import duty – and internal control systems
- Theoretical and practical experience in treasury and hedging, ideally knowledge in precious metals
- Project management skills
- Pronounced openness, ability to work well in a team and intercultural tolerance as well as initiative and communication talent
- Very good analytical skills, critical judgement ability and willingness to learn
- Affinity to IT-related topics, good computer skills; in particular the ability to work well with challenging analysis in Microsoft Excel and the compilation of PowerPoint presentations
- Excellent orally and written English and German language skills, further languages (especially Japanese and Korean) are beneficial
- Experience in working with SAP
