We are looking for a

Compliance Manager (m/f/d)

Choose one of our locations globally, with 80% Mobile Office: Berlin or Verl

Aufgaben

• You refine the regulatory framework and compliance management of the PSD2 Payment Institute
• As Deputy Anti Money Laundering Officer you are directly involved in AML risk assessment and operational onboarding of our merchants
• You participate in international expansion projects (product extension, new markets) evaluating international and local regulation in cross-functional teams
• Being part of the Compliance team you act as an independent expert and implement Compliance and Risk Policies and help establishing the Internal Control System
• You proactively engage local management and raise employee's awareness of regulation and Group policies
• You directly communicate with regulators, auditors and other third parties in regulatory matters
   

Profil

• You enjoy working in international cross functional teams, discussing potential impact of regulation of a Payment Service Provider / E-Money Institute / BNPL provider
• You are proactive and structured, preferring to be ahead of schedule
• You have practical experience transforming compliance requirements into concrete action in day-to-day operations
• You live high integrity and ethical standards
• Your presentation and influencing abilities have a proven record of success
• You have good written and verbal German and English language skills
